Frequently asked questions
Orders
Most orders can be made via our parts (https://www.talflo.com/shop)page. If you'd like the invoice and PO receipt beyond the one provided at checkout please email info@talflo.com with your order number.
For a custom RFQ please email info@talflo.com (info@talflo.com)and provide the following information.
1. List of parts and their quantities
2. Shipping address
3. Tax exemptions (if applicable ie Florida business, or Public institution
4. Contact information (Name and best channel of communication)
5. Special requests or modifications
We typically respond the same day.
Currently we ONLY ship within the USA and its territories and now Canada! We have plans to add additional international regions later on.
We can overnight orders placed before noon. You can email the request and we will call for a cc once the freight cost is determined. Please email info@talflo.com (info@talflo.com)to begin the request, follow the same steps as in the RFQ - FAQ
Please email your tax exempt certificate to Info@talflo.com , along with your contact number, and we can process your order manually over the phone.
Products in stock are available to ship same day. For larger orders 100 units or more, within 24 hours of purchasing. If you need expedited shipping please email our support team. info@talflo.com (info@talflo.com)
All products can be ordered from our parts (talflo.com/shop)page, and do not require a minimum purchase quantity. If you would like bulk pricing we offer discounts on order over 100 units. Please fill out a bulk order form to receive a quote.
